Weekend Breakfast Ideas


Breakfast – the most important meal of the day, because you’re literally breaking your overnight fast. What you eat at this meal makes or breaks your day. As La Rochefoucauld said “To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art”. So a filling breakfast with a combination of carbs, proteins and fat will kick-start your day and keep you going. And a simple Sandwich – meat tucked between two pieces of bread, as ordered by the 4th Earl of Sandwich – can be a complete breakfast.

So here are couple of breakfast ideas for this weekend that are quick to put together. One is an open face sandwich, which is relatively low fat since it uses turkey and the other is an indulgent one with bacon and mayonnaise!
